• Package tours and organized travel experiences in Norway
• Custom travel itineraries tailored to individual preferences
• Travel insurance services and consultation
• Visa application assistance for Norway and Schengen area
• Corporate travel management and planning
• Group travel planning and coordination
• Adventure tourism and specialized Norwegian experiences

3. Booking and Payment

3.1. All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by Martpatt.

3.2. A deposit of 30% is required to secure your booking, with the balance due 45 days before the commencement of services.

3.3. Payment can be made via credit card, bank transfer, or other methods specified on our website.

3.4. Prices are quoted in Norwegian Kroner (NOK) or other specified currencies and include VAT where applicable.

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

4.1. Cancellations made more than 60 days before the scheduled service will receive a full refund minus a 5% administrative fee.

4.2. Cancellations made between 30-60 days before the scheduled service will receive a 50% refund.

4.3. Cancellations made less than 30 days before the scheduled service are non-refundable.

4.4. In case of cancellation by Martpatt due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be provided or alternative dates offered.

5. Traveler Responsibilities

5.1. Travelers must disclose any medical conditions, allergies, or physical limitations that may affect their participation.

5.2. Travelers are expected to respect local laws, customs, and follow instructions from guides and staff.

5.3. Travelers are responsible for ensuring they have valid travel documents, including passports and visas where required.

6. Liability and Insurance

6.1. Travelers are responsible for obtaining appropriate travel insurance covering cancellation, medical expenses, personal accident, personal liability, and loss of luggage.

6.2. Martpatt is not liable for any injury, loss, damage, accident, delay, or irregularity that may be occasioned for reasons beyond our control.

6.3. We reserve the right to alter itineraries due to weather conditions, operational requirements, or events beyond our control.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Martpatt and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content without our express written permission.

8. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

9. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms.
